Tile is the longest-lived floor you can buy, and the one least forgiving of a rushed installation. Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone all outlast the house around them when they are set on a sound, flat substrate with the right adhesive and proper movement joints — and all of them crack, lip or come loose when they are not. Layout matters as much as the setting: where the cuts land, how the grout lines run, whether the pattern is centred on the room or on the doorway. Floors 2 You plans the layout with you before anything is cut.

FAQ
Common Tile Flooring Installation Questions
How much does new flooring cost in the Philadelphia area?
It depends on the material, the square footage and what the subfloor needs before anything goes down. Rather than quote a range that turns out to be wrong for your house, we measure in person and give you an itemised number — materials, labour, removal and disposal all listed separately. Call (215) 431-6327 and we'll get it booked.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. The in-home measure and the written quote are both free, with no obligation and no high-pressure follow-up.
How long does an installation take?
Most single-room jobs are done in a day. A whole floor of a house usually runs two to three days, and anything needing subfloor repair or a moisture barrier adds time. We confirm the schedule in the quote so you know before we start, not after.
Do you move furniture and take away the old flooring?
Both are part of the job and both are itemised on the quote. Tell us in advance about anything unusually heavy so we can plan for it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Floors 2 You LLC is licensed and fully insured in Pennsylvania. We're happy to send the certificate before we start.
What areas do you serve?
Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County and Delaware County, including Doylestown, Lansdale, Blue Bell, Richboro, Newtown and the surrounding towns. If you're just outside that, call and ask — we often can.
Is there a warranty?
The materials carry their manufacturer warranty, which runs up to 30 years depending on the product, and our installation workmanship is warranted separately. Both are written into your quote.
Do you work on commercial jobs?
Yes. Offices, retail, rental turnovers and light commercial are all regular work for us, and we can schedule around trading hours or a tenancy change.
